Preparation instructions
Preparation for 4 people
Boil 250 g 1-minute polenta in 1 l stock or 1 l water with 1 teaspoon salt. Turn down the temperature, stir in the polenta. Add salt, pepper, butter and parmesan as desired. Switch off and let soak for 5 minutes.
