Hearty, strong and slightly spicy, this sauce should not be missing from any barbecue. But also in everyday use it refines meat dishes, vegetables and stews with a fine smoky note. This is created through the use of the noble hickory smoked salt, which was gently smoked on real hickory wood (walnut wood).
