Returns - Do you want to return one or more products?

You can always make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods! Please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging, clean and unused. Please send the products with the completed cancellation form to:

The return is at your own expense. After the return has been received and checked, we will promptly refund you (usually 10 working days). If you have paid by prepayment, credit card or instant transfer, please provide us with the bank details to which we can make the reimbursement.

Damaged product

Did you receive a product that is damaged?

In rare cases it can happen that you receive a defective product. Please send a photo of the damage or the error to dekramerin@outlook.de, then we can get an idea of it as soon as possible & offer you a replacement.
